All sales are final. Refunds will only be available if you’d like to cancel your order before the pre-order ends. Upon closing date, refunds or replacement will only be available if there is a visible flaw or you’ve received the wrong order.
We will try to replace or reorder your print before a refund will be processed. Please note that flaws within 5 inches of the selvege will not qualify for a replacement. If fabric has been washed, it is not eligible for replacement or refund. Customer must provide proof of flaw. Buyers remorse will not result in refund of payment.
